Hassle-Free Returns
At Movies Leather Hub, we really care about the quality of our products. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can ask for a return or exchange within 30 days of getting your item. Just make sure your jacket is unused and still has all the tags attached.
Easy Steps to Return
- Contact us at info@moviesleatherhub.com with your order number.
- Our team will guide you through the process and provide return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or send your exchange.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Customized products are not returnable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition/packaging, and have all tags and labels attached.

Use a tracked and insured courier/postal service for returns. We cannot take responsibility for items lost during transit.

If the wrong size is chosen by the buyer, we will not be held responsible.
Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to cancel your order. Please review the following conditions:
- If your order is damaged during shipment, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost. Just email us at info@moviesleatherhub.com with a description and photos of the damage within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Cancellation within 3 days of placing the order is eligible for a partial refund, with a 25% deduction from the total order amount.
- Cancellation within 7 days of the order will incur a 45% deduction.
- No cancellations will be accepted after 7 days of order confirmation.
- In cases where the product does not meet expectations, as a goodwill gesture, we offer a 30% refund while the customer keeps the item.
Please note: Items priced under $99 USD, including hoodies below $99, are not eligible for returns or refunds.

- Refunds are processed through the original payment method (PayPal, Debit, or Credit Card).

Non-Refundable Items
- Custom (Made-to-Measure) products
- Discounted items
- Sale items
Alterations for Custom Orders
- Custom-made items can be altered free of charge if the buyer covers both-way shipping.
- This does not apply to discounted, promotional, or grand sale items.
Shipping Costs
- During promotional periods, shipping costs are non-refundable unless the wrong or faulty item was sent.
- Refunds requested due to a change of mind will not include shipping charges ($18–$54 depending on buyer’s location), even if free shipping was originally offered.
